Book Ends - A Career from Beginning to End

I had the privilege recently of turning an idea into a reality for a custom retirement gift showcasing the first and last classes of students taught by Donna Ozark from Immanuel Lutheran School in Perryville, Missouri.

This was a custom design for a customer who wanted to find a unique way to say THANK YOU to a teacher who started her career at Immanuel with her class in 1995 and ending with her daughter’s class of 2024.

These Book-Shaped Bookends feature Solid Walnut with hand sculpted features on the tops and a cross leaning for support and added beauty.

It was a true joy designing this and watching Mrs. Ozark’s reaction was heartfelt and sincere.
