10 Years Ago…

I took this picture 10 years ago today. It was the day I delivered my first real piece of furniture and my first serious commission after opening the Fresh Sawdust shop. Only about six weeks prior had I stepped out in faith with a desire for something more fulfilling as a profession than what I had been doing. Some people say that “If I had known then what I know now…” but I find myself extremely grateful for the path I have taken. I am thanful for all the great customers and friends that that have believed in me and challenged me to stretch my design and build skills along the way.
